Before you write
Why isn't a word I played accepted?
Different games use different word lists. North American Scrabble uses NWL/TWL, most other countries use Collins, and Words With Friends has its own list. Switch the dictionary in our tools to match your game, or check the word in the word checker. If a word is still missing, tell us the word and the game you play.
How quickly will you reply?
We read every message and usually reply within a few working days. Bug reports and corrections are often fixed without a reply, so check back on the page you reported.
Can I request my data or ask you to delete it?
Yes. Choose "Privacy request" as the subject and tell us what you need. Our privacy policy explains what we keep and for how long.
