Hints that respect the puzzle
Daily word games are more fun when you solve them yourself, so our pages are built around graded hints rather than instant answers. For a word game you might see the number of vowels first, then whether any letter repeats, then a dictionary-style clue, and only at the very end the first letter. Grouping games such as Connections open one category at a time, and crosswords let you reveal a single letter in a single clue.
If you want to dig deeper, our Wordle solver, Spelling Bee solver, Letter Boxed solver and crossword solver work with any letters you give them.
Frequently asked questions
How do the hints work?
Every page starts with gentle, spoiler-free nudges and gets more specific as you go. Nothing is shown until you click it, so you decide how much help you get, anywhere from a vowel count to the full answer.
When are new answers added?
Our puzzle team adds each game shortly after it is released. Most puzzles reset at midnight in your local time zone, and the dates on our pages follow US Eastern Time.
Can I see older puzzles?
Yes. Every game has an answer archive grouped by month, and each past day has its own page with the same hints and reveal tools as today.
Are you affiliated with the game publishers?
No. WordFinderZ is an independent fan resource. Wordle, Connections, Strands, Spelling Bee and the NYT crosswords belong to The New York Times; other games belong to their respective publishers.
